GERARDO A. PLANA
Chairman of the Board and Consulting Principal

Having rendered consultancy services to more than 100 companies, having assumed headship of the Human Resources Group of Central Azucarera Don Pedro, United Laboratories, and Eastern Telecoms and having been president of the Philippine Society for Training and Development, as well as director for several terms and currently executive director of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines, his areas of expertise are as follows: management training and development, problem solving and decision making, performance management, organizational diagnosis and development, corporate culture management.

RUEL A. MONTENEGRO
President and Consulting Principal

His successful management of a well-entrenched bureaucratic organization such as National Food Authority as well as experimental and pioneering institutions such as the Institute of Personnel Management of the PMAP and the first Philippine Trade Exhibits, his involvement in trade organizations and marketing activities, his MBA background, a short stint with the academe and his various international training exposure have developed his expertise on: organizing and staffing management, training and development, human resource management systems development and installation, policies and practices audit, corporate/strategic planning, marketing, and public relations. He had been in consulting work for over twenty years and has conducted training programs for several nationalities here and abroad.

His heavy consultancy track record here and in the United States, employment in managerial capacity in a manufacturing plant in the USA, his stint as managing consultant at W.D. Scott Consultants coupled with an MS in Industrial Engineering from John Hopkins University, and exposure to various entrepreneurial endeavors have developed his expertise on: productivity and work improvement, production management, quality management, work simplification, and materials management.

GENEVIEVE LEDESMA-TAN, Ph. D.

Her extensive management consultancy in private and government organizations creating and installing various systems, her stewardship of a school for the mentally gifted (Southville International School), her involvement as officer and director in private enterprises and professional organizations, her graduate studies in Industrial Psychology, her special studies from University Associates and Asuza University of the USA have made her develop expertise on: selection systems, interpersonal development, values and attitudinal change, team development, organizational research and feedbacking and on the management of educational institutions.

JAIME A. CURA, Ph. D.

His solid experience in management derived from his previous involvement as Director-General of the Technologies and Livelihood Resource Center, President of the Philippine Journalists, Inc., and Chief Executive Officer of URS Trans-Asia Phils.; his installation of various systems as key officer of Development Academy of the Philippines; his leadership of various local and international organizations; his exposure to the academic setting and his education base from Boston and Harvard universities have all contributed to his expertise on: organizational development, development communication, corporate and strategic planning, CEO programs, business policy, and management of non-governmental organizations.
